Return and Refund Policy – Horse Sale Hub

The Return and Refund Policy Horse Sale Hub explains how refunds, returns, and cancellations are handled for livestock, tack, and equestrian equipment. At Horse Sale Hub, we aim to provide healthy animals, quality tack, and a transparent buying experience. Therefore, we ask all buyers to review this policy carefully before placing an order.

Livestock Sales (Horses, Donkeys, Goats, Sheep & Other Animals)

All livestock sales are final once the animal has been delivered or collected. Due to the nature of live animals, returns are not accepted after delivery.

However, to ensure confidence before purchase, all buyers are provided with veterinary checks, videos, photographs, and complete details in advance. As a result, buyers can make informed decisions.

If an animal arrives with a serious undisclosed health issue, buyers must notify Horse Sale Hub within 24 hours of delivery, along with written veterinary documentation. Subsequently, refunds or replacements (if available) will be reviewed on a case-by-case basis.

Deposits and Reservations

Deposits placed to reserve animals are non-refundable. This is because animals are removed from active listings once reserved.
However, if the seller is unable to complete the sale, the deposit will be refunded in full.

Tack, Saddles & Equipment Returns

Returns for tack, saddles, and equipment are accepted within 14 days of delivery. Items must be unused, in original condition, and returned with all packaging intact.

In addition, buyers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is faulty or incorrectly supplied. Refunds will be issued once the item has been inspected and approved.

Order Cancellations

Orders canceled before shipping may be eligible for a partial refund, excluding processing or reservation fees.
Once an animal has been shipped or collected, cancellations are no longer accepted.

Refund Processing Time

Approved refunds are processed within 5–10 business days. Refunds are issued via the original payment method or by bank transfer, depending on how payment was made.
